Cancellation Policy
Nichole charges a 100% cancellation fee for any NO-SHOWS and 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations WITHIN 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Nichole always looks forward to setting this time aside specifically for you. It’s important to her to provide you with the utmost respect and ensure you are highly satisfied with your service. As Nichole always want to make sure to respect your time, she asks for the same in return. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled service. If it is within 24 hours, you will automatically be charged for your missed appointment. 5% service fee will be applied IF charge does not go through on first try with card on file.
